You might be able to solve this problem by taking the ownership of files or folders.
On Windows 10:
1. Long press the StoreJet you want to take ownership of, and select "Properties" (If you are using a mouse, right click on the folder, and click "Properties").
2.Tap or click the "Security" tab, and then select the name of the group or person whose access rights you would like to change. Tap or click "Edit".
3. Select the access right you would like to allow. Click "OK".
On Windows 8 / 8.1:
1. Long press the StoreJet you want to take ownership of, and select "Properties" (If you are using a mouse, right click on the folder, and click "Properties").
2.Tap or click the "Security" tab, click "Advanced," and click "Change".
3.Tap or click "Edit" Type the password, or click to confirm if you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation.
Type the name of the person you want to give ownership to, and click "Check Names".
The person that you're giving ownership to will have their account displayed in the box. Click "OK".
4.If you want that person to be the owner of files and subfolders in this folder, select the "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" check box. Click "OK".
On Windows 7:
1.Right click on the StoreJet that you want to take ownership of, then click "Properties".
2.Click the "Security" tab, click "Advanced" and then click the "Owner" tab.
Click "Edit."Type the password, or click to confirm if you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation.
3.Click the name of the person you want to give ownership to.
4.If you want that person to be the owner of files and subfolders in this folder, select the "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" check box. Click "OK".
